Had an awesome spicy dinner at juniors' house warming just now. Hmm nice and well-labelled food. The mutton was so yummy~! (even though most of the dishes were cooked by their maid lol)
Hmm but one thing, your religion teaches you not to go against what is told, but didnt they teach you to respect other religions also? Ohh well yea Malaysia is a multi-racial country so I suppose ALL OF US ARE OBLIGED TO RESPECT THE CULTURE AND RELIGION OF OUR OWN RACES RIGHT?
We are so pantang about pork/pig/babi because in Islamic context it is haram. So yeah fine we should help them to wash all utensils that might have been contaminated with Chinese Corner food. (because it is non-halal)
But that doesnt mean you can think yourself as more superior than other religions to actually serve BEEF in front of INDIANS. Indians who are VEGETARIAN. and yes, I am talking about Indians originating from the same country as you and me. M-A-L-A-Y-S-I-A.
And not forgetting to mention that those dishes containing BEEF are not labelled. For the information of others some Buddhists are strictly not allowed to eat beef as well.
Can you please think in their shoes if they do this to you? Not that we dont mind ok, its just that we are too lazy to mind.
